I’m a Senior UX Designer with experience designing and delivering complex, regulated digital services at national scale.
My work focuses on creating clear, accessible, and trustworthy experiences—particularly in environments where ambiguity, risk, and user anxiety are high.

I’ve worked closely with product, engineering, and policy stakeholders to take services from early ambiguity through to live delivery, balancing user needs with technical, governance, and organisational constraints. Alongside delivery work, I care deeply about improving ways of working, building strong UX practice, and supporting teams to design with clarity and intent.

Designing appointment and messaging experiences for a national NHS service. This case study explores how clear, low-risk communication patterns were created to reduce uncertainty at critical moments, balancing delivery pressure, governance, and cross-government platform constraints.

Reworking medication information within the same NHS service to improve clarity and scanability, particularly on mobile. This case study focuses on intent-led navigation, data-heavy UI design, and embedding clinical safety into decisions while laying foundations for future data improvements.
